Mindpilot
Mindpilot is an innovative, AI-powered process development assistant within Automind Studio. It enables developers to quickly design and create automation processes using natural language commands. Mindpilot maximizes development efficiency by allowing complex workflows to be modeled through a dialog-based approach.

Working Principle
Mindpilot operates by engaging in an interactive dialogue with the user. It asks guiding questions to understand your goals and steps related to the process.

After gathering all the necessary information, it generates a visual preview diagram of the automation flow. This diagram is presented for user approval. Once approved, the draft flow is transferred to the relevant area in your project as a workflow with the "Create Process" button.

Licensing and Model Configuration
An enterprise Mindpilot license is required to activate the Mindpilot feature.
Once the license is defined, users can choose between different large language models (LLMs). Currently supported models are:
- gpt-4.1
- deepseek v3
These models are inactive by default. To use a model, the API key of the respective service provider must be registered in the system via Automind Orchestrator.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the scope of Mindpilot's knowledge?
Mindpilot is knowledgeable about the general capabilities and standard activities of Automind Studio. However, it does not have detailed knowledge about the operation of other components of the platform, such as Automind Orchestrator or Agent. Its primary focus is on process development within the Studio environment.
Can Mindpilot revise a created process?
Yes. By staying within the same chat session, you can request Mindpilot to make changes to the draft process it has created. You only need to explain the sections you want to modify.
Can Mindpilot edit an existing process open in Studio?
No. Mindpilot does not have access to the content of an existing process that is currently open or being worked on in the designer screen. Each chat session focuses on creating a new process from scratch or editing the draft created in that session.
Does using Mindpilot require an additional license?
Yes. A special Mindpilot license is required to use Mindpilot. For licensing and detailed information, please contact us.
