This section is where you upload documents that the AI can understand. Supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, and XLSX formats.
🏷️ General Information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Document Name | The unique name under which the document will be saved. |
| Description | Defines when the AI should use this document. This field should clearly describe the purpose and content of the document. |
| Splitting Method | Applicable only for PDF and Word documents. Determines how the document will be divided into parts. There are four types of splitting methods: Title, Sentence, Character Limit, and Paragraph. |
✂️ Splitting Methods

Title: Splits the document based on its headings.

Character Limit: Divides each paragraph according to a specified character limit.

Semantic / Vector: One of these two methods must be selected.
- Semantic: The AI processes the document based on meaning.
- Vector: The document is processed using a vector-based approach.
- If both are selected, the AI processes the document using both semantic and vectorized data.
- If none are selected, the system uses the default filtering method.
📊 Excel Files
When processing Excel files, the data is read row by row. Only the first sheet of the workbook is read and processed by the AI.
