This section is used to create and manage prompts that guide the AI’s behavior for specific tasks or scenarios. Prompts define what the AI should do, which documents or databases to use, and how it should respond.

Field	Description
Name	The name given to the instruction.
Description	Explains what the instruction does and when it should be used.
Prompts	The detailed text that defines how the AI should behave and what steps it should follow.

⚙️ Additional Settings

Field	Description
Template Prompt	Allows you to quickly load one of the existing instruction templates.
Documents	Selects the documents that the AI can use.
Actions	Defines the REST actions (API requests) the AI can access.
Database Connections	Selects the database connections that the AI can query data from.
Use Button in Chatbot	When enabled, this instruction will appear as a clickable button in the chatbot interface.
AI Source	Determines which AI provider will be used (e.g., OpenAI, Azure, etc.).
AI Model	Specifies the model to be used under the selected AI source (e.g., GPT-4, GPT-3.5, etc.).
Temperature	Controls how creative or deterministic the AI’s responses will be. Lower values produce stable answers, while higher values produce more creative responses.
