This documentation details the Agent Widget’s general operational, functional, and visual settings for web integration.


⚙️ General Settings

This section allows you to configure the agent’s identity, language, and basic interaction features.

Field NameDescription
Agent Image*The area for uploading, previewing, or removing the agent’s profile image. Used in the chat window and the launch button.
Name*The public display name of the agent (e.g., “Support Agent” or “Sales Agent”).
Selectable Languages*Dropdown for selecting the available UI languages. Interface texts are translated based on the chosen language.
AgentDefines the AI model that powers the conversation logic.
Welcome Message*The automatic greeting message displayed when a user opens the agent or starts a new conversation.

💡 Functionality & Positioning Settings

These settings control how the widget behaves and where it appears on your website.

Is New Conversation Button Active?Enables or disables the button that allows users to reset and start a new chat.
Position Right?Determines whether the agent widget is positioned in the bottom-right or bottom-left corner of the screen.
Show Header?Toggles the visibility of the chat window’s top header bar (which includes the agent’s name and avatar).
Show Chat Avatar?Controls whether avatars are displayed beside messages.
Show Welcome Message?Determines whether the defined “Welcome Message” should appear automatically when the agent opens.

🎨 Agent Card Settings (Visual Style)

This section lets you customize the appearance of texts, buttons, headers, and chat bubbles.

🎨 Color Settings (HEX Format)

Use standard 6-character HEX values (e.g., #RRGGBB).

Text Color*Defines the color of text elements across the interface.
Button Color*Sets the background color for buttons and interactive elements.
Header Color*Determines the background color of the chat window header.

📏 Appearance & Size Settings (Pixels)

Defines the size and shape of UI elements in pixels ($px$).

Border Size*Sets the width of the widget’s border.
Border Radius*Determines how rounded the widget corners are.
Border Thickness*Sets the outer edge thickness of the widget frame.
Chat Bubble Size*Adjusts the general dimensions of chat message bubbles.
Chat Bubble Radius*Defines the roundness of message bubble corners.
Chat Bubble Thickness*Sets the border thickness of message bubbles.
Header Text*The short text shown on the closed agent button or header.
