Welcome Messages

Welcome defines the structure of the welcome screen that appears when the agent is first launched.

Welcome Message Key: A unique key used for the main welcome screen. This key can later be used for selection.

Language Support: After creating the key, you can select a language from the top and add Titles, Subtitles, and Buttons for each supported language.

Buttons: Buttons can be created either as a link or a quick reply. Each button includes a label (Button Label), a value (Button Value), and an optional “Is Link” setting.
