Roles

The page where the roles are listed.

The name of the roles can be displayed on the list screen.

The functions of the buttons on the screen that opens when the "Actions" button on the list is clicked are as follows:

  • View: The detailed information of the role can be displayed.
  • Edit: The detailed information of the role can be modified.
  • Manage Permissions: It is used to determine which permissions a role has. Selecting a permission from the page that opens is sufficient.
  • Delete: It is used to delete a role.

What is the Role Used For?

Roles are used to determine what users can do in the system and what areas they can access.

A dynamic role can be created. For example, if a user who can only follow support requests is to be created, a special role can be created and the user can be prevented from viewing information other than support requests.
