Users

On the list screen, information such as the username, full name, email address, last login date, default language code, is an LDAP user?, and is a robot user? can be displayed.

The functions of the buttons on the screen that opens when the "Actions" button on the list is clicked are as follows:

  • View: The user's detailed information can be viewed.
  • Edit: The user's detailed information can be modified.
  • Manage Roles: The roles that the user has can be managed from here. A user can be assigned multiple roles or roles can be removed.
  • Manage Permission Restrictions: Used to restrict some of the permissions that the user has. For example, let the user "John Doe" have the "User" role. If you want to remove the permission to create languages only for the user "John Doe", you just need to check the "Create" field in the "Language" module.

What is the Purpose of Users?​

Users are essential for the system to be used. To be able to log in as a user, a user must first be created. Similarly, a user must be created to use the Automind Robot and Automind Studio applications.
