Page where identity information is listed.

On the list screen, the name and description of the identity can be displayed.

The functions of the buttons on the screen that opens when the "Actions" button on the list is clicked are as follows:

  • View: Details of an identity can be viewed. Robot-specific values are also listed here.
  • Edit: You can change the information of the identity from here. Robot-specific values can also be changed from here.
  • Delete: Used to delete the identity. It is also deleted for all robots.

What is the Purpose of Identity Information?​

Identity information generally represents shared username and password pairs that can be used in different automation projects. They are used to store certain information that robots can easily access.

During the development phase of the process, the General Value field must be selected. If a different value will be used for each robot, you can turn off the General Value field after the development of the process is completed and it is published to the Automind Orchestrator application. While the General Value field is closed, no data will be sent to the Automind Studio robot.

If you want to create a special identity information for robots, you can select the robot and specify the username and password information that the selected robot will use by clicking the "+" button located as shown below.

The advantage of using identity information is that the password information entered here circulates end-to-end encrypted between Automind Orchestrator, Automind Studio and Automind Robot applications. Instead of writing a password openly in the process file, the identity information screen, which is more secure, can be used.

The Get Identity Information activity can be used to use the created identity information. It is sufficient to write only the name of the created identity to this activity.
